Overview

JK2683 diode reverse leakage current tester is designed for testing diode reverse leakage current. But it can also be used to test the leakage current between the transistors of the transistor or the reverse leakage current of any two-terminal device, and it can also be used as a DC power supply (load capacity <2mA).

This instrument has two test methods of pulse and DC. In this way, the safety test can be obtained without safety measures, and the test results can be achieved in the afternoon of the safety test.

This instrument is designed in accordance with international standards (IEC standards) and national standards. The display and test methods are program-controlled. The test voltage is 20V to 1000V and the test current range is 100PA to 199µA.
